While we deeply enjoy growing produce and raising live-stock for you, we also hope that you will grow some of your own. We find that the best way to stay connected to your food is to see it develop and protect and provide for it through all of its stages of growth. We also beleive that nothing tastes better than food you have grown yourself. However, as we have learned ourselves over many years for growing food, it is almost never as simple as just throwing seeds into the ground and waiting for them to produce. We have made a lot of mistakes over the years, and we have learned from those mistakes. We have also done some really serious research over the years which means we have already done most of the /"leg work/", or we at least know where to start to look for answers. Our consultants may not be expert horticulturists or even master gardeners, but for a small consulting fee, we are always happy to help you in anyway that we can as you embark on your own journey to /"grow your own/". Through our consulting services, we can help you in the following ways.
Visit our Consultants Tour to learn more about the ways we can help you with your efforts to grow some or your own food.
There have been so many times we have wished we could just ask someone who had been there and done that, even if they had made a mistake we could learn from. There is a science to farming and ranching, but it is not so terribly complex that a novice can not be successful. We have learned so many things by experience. Now we want to help others learn by sharing those experiences with them and by providing them both research and advice support as they take on the challenge of growing their own. This part of our business is purely e-commerce with the majority of it being services provided rather than goods. Our intended customers are those who are either just starting out or who have put in effort but have not always been successful with growing their own foods. We are not horticulturists or even master gardeners, but we are well trained researchers with years of trial and error learning under our belts. So we want to make people who are just getting serious about this whole "grow your own" our customers so that we can give you the support we wished we had had when we were starting out.
